Brand new PE Hub Assessment Portal

We are excited to share the launch of our online assessment tool.  Previously at The PE Hub, assessment has been undertaken and saved on an excel spreadsheet.  We have evolved to our new online assessment portal, and this post takes you through some of the features and benefits.  Watch the assessment video to see how the portal can work for your school or organisation.

The PE Hub assessment all data online, making it

  • Accessible by all staff 24/7
  • Easy to view
  • Never lost or misplaced

Create as many assessment groups as you need

  • Whether your school is large or small, adding new groups/classes is unlimited
  • Useful if more than one teacher teaches a class
  • Great if you’re a coach attending multiple schools

Each assessment group contains the class’ unique data

  • Input all pupils’ names
  • Select the pre-filled activity area you wish to assess
  • Easily pass on the classes progress to the next teacher

Bespoke for your school/organisation

  • Add an assessment block for an activity not featured on The PE Hub and create your assessment criteria
  • Edit or remove existing statements from an activity area, e.g., badminton, to suit your needs

Archive old assessments

  • Archive old groups so only the most up to date data is visible
  • Immediately retrieve any old assessments from the archive and reinstate
  • Input old paper/excel assessments into the database, so everything is in one place

Record 25m swimming data

  • Meet Ofsted’s expectations for recording and reporting on pupils 25m swimming attainment
