5 Separate TABATA Workouts with Working GIFS via GOOGLE Slides

Attached is the latest project I’ve been working on for my students. It’s a Google slide presentation consisting of 5 unique Tabata routines. Each routine consists of 4 exercises, each with an active GIF (like the one below), perfect for an on-screen demonstration for visual learners.

More specifically, each exercise is completed for 20 seconds with high intensity or intensity that works best for the student followed by a 10-second rest. Each routine can be repeated up to four times depending on the level of fitness.

I hope this can help you with your planning.

  1. It’s great to see such innovative teaching methods being implemented by educators to make learning more engaging and interactive for students. The use of technology and visual aids like GIFs can be highly effective in capturing students’ attention and enhancing their understanding of the subject matter. The Tabata routines shared in the Google slide presentation are a fantastic way to promote fitness and physical activity among students while keeping them interested and motivated. By incorporating different exercises and routines, teachers can cater to the diverse interests and abilities of their students, making the sessions more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.
