Studio You, powered by This Girl Can is a free-to-access video platform funded by Sport England and The National Lottery, designed to get more girls moving and bring fun back to fitness.
On 27th February 2023 we were joined by the creators of Studio You, Hopscotch Consulting, Sport England and one of the Studio You instructors to share some insight into how the platform has and continues to evolve and provide some top tips on how to get the most out of the platform.
Did you know these resources are all free to access to all secondary schools in England (50% have already made use of them) and contain 100s of video lessons covering a range of non-traditional disciplines, schemes of work, a dedicated teacher hub and much more to help more girls experience the joy of being active.
Taking This Girl Can’s ambitions into schools, Studio You is a product of countless conversations with teenage girls and PE teachers alongside credible, authentic and knowledgeable experts leading to some outstanding video based materials for use with whole classes or small groups in PE.
