Circuit workouts are a great way to maximize activity time in PE and train a variety of muscles. The Tabata “Move it Forward” circuit (20 seconds on, 10 second rest) has students working on their cardio as well as strengthening the core, lower body and upper body. Repeat for 20 seconds!
