He enjoyed singing in his high school choir and was even able to travel to New York, thanks to his amazing choir teacher, Ron Curtis. At age 2, Traejen was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune form of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) , where the immune system produces a chemical that causes the filters in the kidneys to leak.
