I still use it myself. At one time Shaw was the world’s cotton center. There were town teams with good college players all around here in the ‘20s and ‘30s, heavy rivalries, plenty of betting on games. It was a little over a hundred miles, gravel road all the way. In four years his record was 65-30. It came out “Boo.”
