The Primary PE and Sport Premium is a government initiative that aims to improve the quality of physical education (PE) and sport in primary schools in England. Schools have a lot of flexibility regarding how they use the Primary PE and Sport Premium, but the funding is intended to be used to improve the quality of PE.

We want to highlight the main changes that have been made to the Government statutory guidance for EYFS early years framework to help anyone concerned about future learning. The new guidance has been mandatory since 1 st September 2021.
