Currently Bennett Ranch is working in partnership with Heart Zones and the Foundation for Global Community Health to have the students at BRES use heart rate sensors to collect objective data and help students increase their own activity levels. In 2016, he was named Secondary Teacher of the Year by SHAPE Colorado.
