The CSPAP Policies and Practices Questionnaire (CSPAP-Q) is a needs-assessment designed to help schools self-evaluate how their physical activity policies and practices align with best practices in the field. The survey covers practices related to the 5 components of a CSPAP. Respondents answer simple “yes” or “no” questions and receive feedback in the form of scores and grades for each component.
