The practice utilises realistic pitch geography and overloads in favour of the attacking team to create high repetition of goal scoring opportunities in a small sided game structure. The practice can be used with players of almost any age but is particularly valuable for those age 10+.

The Sport Coaching, Leadership, and Administration online graduate programs (Department of Kinesiology, College of Education) will offer several online, master’s level courses in the spring semester 2022. Courses are prioritized for students in online graduate programs in the College of Education, but students in other graduate programs may request an override to take these courses if seats remain available after November 12.
